I've always enjoyed the simple things in life: coffee in the morning, sitting in a park in the sun, laughing with friends, singing along to a good song, etc. Those are the things that matter to me, that make life 'life'!

All I'm saying is that by this time tomorrow, I better be a member of the Y. I'm dragging Mindy with me to make sure I sign up. Enough already. Get off my butt and MOVE!!
